If you are looking to cook your steak at at 350 C, let the it stay in the oven for approximately seven to ten minutes. At 400C, make it five to seven minutes; at 200 C or below, cook for 30 to 40 minutes. The steak’s thickness will also determine how fast it cooks in the oven.
