Meet My Smoker
I smoke most of my cooks with an offset smoker that I got when I was about 19 years old. Both my grandparents and parents helped get it for my birthday and it is my prized possession!
It is about 1/4 inches in thickness, and is very durable. I’m able to have excellent temperature measurements and can produce amazing, smoked barbecue.
