Traeger Power Outage Procedure
If the power goes out while you are cooking, don’t panic. The first thing you need to do is check and see if the breakers have been tripped. If they haven’t been, check to see if there is power at your outlet by plugging in another appliance.
If there isn’t power, flip the breaker back on and wait a few minutes to see if the Traeger powers back on and working correctly.
If the Traeger doesn’t power back on or the breakers are tripped, you will need to reset the circuit board.
To do this, unplug the Traeger from the outlet and remove any batteries in it.
Once these have been removed, press and hold the reset button on the circuit board for 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds have passed, plug the Traeger back in and turn it on.
This should reset the Traeger grill and allow you to get back to grilling.
